Communication/Work Log

A communication and work log allows simple tracking of phone calls and emails, but is a flexible feature that can be used a variety of purposes. Usually a log entry will be assigned to a customer, but this is not necessary.

Log Entry

  • Flexible categories.
  • Log work, communications, or both.
  • Not necessary to assign an entry to a customer.
  • Assign priority, category and reference for whatever purpose you wish.
  • Quick to access - open the Log entry screen from all pages.

Log Lists

  • View all logs easily.
  • Filter logs easily.

Customer Log

  • Log entries assigned to a customer appear on that customer's page.
  • Download raw data.
